No. Phase 2 scores are deterministic and explainable. Backend model integration is scaffolded and honestly degraded until a provider is configured.

Public-safe builder, preview, scoring, audit, export preview, discovery, and read-only MCP introspection are public. Future protected server-side exports, private persistence, integration execution, reports, sync, and admin actions use PLATPHORM_API_KEY when enforcement is enabled.
